A top Toronto Production Company and top Toronto Chef are casting 24 raw-recruits, interested in a career in the restaurant industry, for a new food-centric documentary television series.

Our top chef, who was once a hard-drinking drug-taking troubled youth was given a second chance, and he is setting out to do the same for you.
