I am a 25 year old international medical student and I am taking a course for 3 months in Toronto starting January 8. I need an apartment that is close to the University of Toronto (George Street campus). Also I would like to live only with females, as I am a female. Please let me know if this apartment meets my needs and I would be very interested in renting a room at range(300-375.- 450- 500$) .
