You are to share with me, matured young female professional with no drama, people person, fun to be with above all, very clean and trust worthy.The available room is a large, newly renovated, private room on the lower level (basement) of a building with a shared bathroom (just me). The room is stylishly decorated and is equipped with one single bed, a night table with lamp, a desk and reading chair, dresser, television (includes cable), refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes, cups, forks/knives/spoons. Shared laundry facilities are available for free on the premises. Street parking available.
Private entrance to the premises plus the room has a lock on the door and then your privacy is respected.
A honest mate who is clean and will live happily with no drama. Must be able to pay rent on time with references being necessary. Just a regular nice individual, student or professional is fine with me.
